High School
Students seeking placement exemptions through high school coursework (see multiple measures Testing Exemptions) must submit a valid, official high school transcript with a graduation date conferred not greater than 3 years from the current year to testing@camdencc.edu.
College
Students who have attended or are attending a regionally accredited college or university must provide official transcripts of all previous college credits if they:
- Are applying to a selective program
- Want to have previous college credit evaluated for transfer
- Need to document completion of a course prerequisite
To be accepted as “official,” a transcript must come from the issuing institution in either a sealed, unopened envelope or via an accepted secure electronic delivery method.
If you are hand delivering an official college transcript, the envelope must remain sealed with no signs of tampering.
In order to have your transcript evaluated the following requirements must be satisfied:
- A current application is on file
- You are in a matriculated program
Only courses completed at regionally accredited colleges or universities with a grade of C or above will be evaluated for transfer.
Students are encouraged to bring an unofficial transcript when meeting with an advisor or registering for courses.
The College cannot accept official transcripts via fax, regardless of the source.
Official Transcripts sent via mail may be sent to the following address:
