2010-11 Financial Aid File Completion Checklist

To complete your 2011-2012 financial aid file you must submit (at a minimum):

1.  A 2011-2012 FAFSA. 

• File online at  http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/
• List 006865 in # 102 in order for the results of your application to be  released to CCC.

 
2.  An Authorization and Certification form.  

• Submit once, during the first year of financial aid receipt.

3.  A completed 2011-2012 verification worksheet.

  For Dependent Students

5.  Documentation of calendar year 2010 untaxed  income if applicable

• Child support (indicate whether child support was paid or received)
• Untaxed  pensions
• Untaxed Social Security benefits
• Workmen's compensation
• Disability
• 
  Veteran's non-education benefits (such as disability, death pension, or dependency & indemnity Compensation (DIC) and/or VA Educational Work-Study allowances.
• Other untaxed income

6.  Any other documentation requested by NJ HESAA, CCC Financial Aid Office , or  CCC EOF Office.

• NJ HESAA will ask you to answer some additional questions on E-TAG in order to evaluate your eligibility for NJ state aid.

• Assistance with the FAFSA is available by calling 1-800-4-FED-AID.

• Apply for a US Department Education PIN by visiting  www.pin.ed.gov.  You can use your PIN to:

• Sign your online FAFSA
• Review your Student Aid Report (SAR)
• Correct your FAFSA information
• Print a copy of your SAR
• Sign loan promissory notes

• 
  Apply for admission to Camden County College online.

• Use WebAdvisor to track your application progress.

Summer 2011
To apply for summer 2011 aid you will need to have a completed 2010-11 FAFSA application, a summer financial aid application and if you are first time student at the college an Authorization and Certification form.  All of these documents need to be submitted to the financial aid office for review.  You may receive correspondence directing you to submit additional forms or documentation so that we are able to complete the review of your file.
