OIT Help Desk

Office of Information Technology has a Help Desk for all your technology issues.
Whether it be software, e-mail, or hardware questions the OIT Help Desk is here to support you.
The Help Desk provides support for issues with classrooms, labs, and open access areas on all three campuses.

Available Hours:

Monday through Friday : 7:30 a.m. until 8:30 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Sunday:  CLOSED

If you require assistance with computer or system related issues you can contact the Help Desk in a few different ways listed below.

Walk in: Located in the CIM building, Room 204 on the Blackwood Campus.

Call in: On campus you can use any phone to dial Extension 4900. You can also call locally at (856) 374-4900 or Toll-Free at 1-877-326-4512

E-mail: helpdesk@camdencc.edu Students can e-mail any time of day and even after hours. The inbox is checked daily and students can expect a response within 24-Hours.
