Yes, you can visit us at any of our 3 locations for assistance with registering as a guest student. Please note you will still need to fill out the online Guest Registration Request Form, we have computers on campus that you can utilize to do so.

What is the deadline to register for courses as a guest student?

Guest students are only permitted to register for courses prior to the course starting. The deadline to register would be the day before a course begins. Guest students are not eligible to register during the add/drop period.

Registration deadlines can be found on our website by semester on our Registration Information webpage.

Payment Questions

When is payment due?

If you are registering for classes during priority registration, payment can be deferred until the payment due date. Payment due dates can be found on our Tuition and Payment page for each semester. If you register after the payment due date has passed for the semester in which you are registering, payment will be due within 24 hours of the same day as registration, or you risk having your courses removed from your schedule for non-payment.

Additional information on paying for your courses can be found on our Tuition and Payment page.

General Questions

What is a guest student?
  • A student who attends another college or university other than Camden County College.
  • A student who may already have a bachelor’s degree or graduate degree.
  • A student who is non-matriculated at CCC, taking one or two classes before deciding on a course of study.
  • A student who does not require financial aid (Guest students may not receive financial aid).
How do I know the courses will transfer back to my home institution?

Prior to submitting your guest registration form, you should confirm with an advisor or transfer services representative at your home institution to ensure the course(s) will transfer and fulfill the intended program requirements. We cannot advise guest students on whether your home institution will accept the course(s) for transfer credit.

If you attend another institution in NJ, you can utilize the transfer equivalency tool on the NJ Transfer website for assistance with determining course equivalencies. Note, you should still confirm with your advisor/transfer advisor prior to registering with us to be sure.

What if I change my mind about a course?

Failure to pay or failure to attend any course for any reason does not remove responsibility of payment, nor does it remove you from the course roster. The student is responsible for dropping the course from their schedule in their portal or with assistance from registration.

How do I get a myCCC (student portal) account set up?

Once you are registered for classes your myCCC portal account and student email address will be activated, and you will be sent instructions for logging in. An instructional video for logging into the portal can be accessed on MyCCC Student Portal webpage.

If you are a new student, your portal access will be available within 48 hours.
