Take a course as a guest student and transfer it to your home school. Complete your prerequisites, electives and general education courses at Camden County College to receive credits for less.
How to Register as a Guest Student
Complete our Guest Student Registration Request form below to request registration for courses to take back to your home institution! Guest students are not required to submit a formal Admissions Application as they are not seeking to complete a degree program at CCC. Guest students are not eligible for Financial Aid through Camden County College.
Review of an unofficial transcript by the corresponding academic department chair is required for confirmation of prerequisite completion and approval to register for the below courses:
- BIO: 211, 212, 221, 240
- CHM: 111, 112, 221, 222
- PHY: 201, 202
- EGR: 101, 201
The unofficial transcript can be attached to the Guest Registration form and on the student’s behalf we will confirm approval with the respective academic department.
*Please be advised that all courses restricted by the acceptance of a “Selective Admissions” programs (Nursing, Veterinary, Dental, select Automotive, etc.) are not able to be requested for registration as a guest student.

What happens next?
We will contact you via the email address you provided on your form once processing is complete. Please allow up to 3 business days for your submitted form to be processed.
*During peak registration periods (registration opening week, 3 weeks leading up to the start of a semester, return from holiday break, etc.), processing time may take up to 5 business days. Please plan accordingly and submit your registration form as early as possible*
As this is a manual registration process, course availability is subject to change as forms are in process. A submitted form is not a guarantee of registration, but a request. Although we are committed to processing requests as quickly as possible, please be aware that courses can close for capacity at any time and are subject to change in availability.

Registration Questions
Complete the guest student registration form. #16 of the registration form allows you to search for classes that are offered so you can input that information into the form.
Yes, you can visit us at any of our 3 locations for assistance with registering as a guest student. Please note you will still need to fill out the online Guest Registration Request Form, we have computers on campus that you can utilize to do so.
Guest students are only permitted to register for courses prior to the course starting. The deadline to register would be the day before a course begins. Guest students are not eligible to register during the add/drop period.

Courses are subject to change in availability. If a course’s seats become full before your registration is processed, we are not permitted to override seat capacity. If there is another section of the same course with available seats, we will follow up with you via email with alternative options. We recommend referring to our registration availability announcements to secure spots early. Unfortunately, we do not have a waitlist option for registration.

Payment Questions
If you are registering for classes during priority registration, payment can be deferred until the payment due date. Payment due dates can be found on our Tuition and Payment page for each semester. If you register after the payment due date has passed for the semester in which you are registering, payment will be due within 24 hours of the same day as registration, or you risk having your courses removed from your schedule for non-payment.

Payment plans may be available for fall and spring terms. Payment plans are not available for summer classes.
General Questions
- A student who attends another college or university other than Camden County College.
- A student who may already have a bachelor’s degree or graduate degree.
- A student who is non-matriculated at CCC, taking one or two classes before deciding on a course of study.
- A student who does not require financial aid (Guest students may not receive financial aid).
Prior to submitting your guest registration form, you should confirm with an advisor or transfer services representative at your home institution to ensure the course(s) will transfer and fulfill the intended program requirements. We cannot advise guest students on whether your home institution will accept the course(s) for transfer credit.
If you attend another institution in NJ, you can utilize the transfer equivalency tool on the NJ Transfer website for assistance with determining course equivalencies. Note, you should still confirm with your advisor/transfer advisor prior to registering with us to be sure.
Failure to pay or failure to attend any course for any reason does not remove responsibility of payment, nor does it remove you from the course roster. The student is responsible for dropping the course from their schedule in their portal or with assistance from registration.
Once you are registered for classes your myCCC portal account and student email address will be activated, and you will be sent instructions for logging in. An instructional video for logging into the portal can be accessed on MyCCC Student Portal webpage.
If you are a new student, your portal access will be available within 48 hours.
