Preparing Special Education Students For Post-Secondary Education

This workshop will focus on the four (4) most essential components for special education students to succeed in college or training programs after graduation. These four components can be an integral part of transition planning. Mr. Cizek will combine his experience as a former Director of Special Services with his current role of advising students with disabilities at community college. Teachers, CST members, guidance counselors, administrators, parents and even students may find this workshop beneficial.

About the Presenter:
Mr. Cizek served 25 years as a Director of Special Services and now serves as Disability Support Coordinator at Salem Community College. Mr. Cizek specializes in transition planning.
