Public Transportation to the Blackwood Campus

New Jersey Transit provides two bus routes and seven connecting routes to and from Camden County College. These bus routes provide public access to and from the College for riders across Camden County and from Philadelphia, the shore and neighboring counties.

For more information on bus routes, fares or schedules, please call New Jersey Transit at 1-800-582-5946, 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.

Camden County College is not responsible for New Jersey Transit bus routes, fares or schedules.

Directions to Camden County College, Camden City Campus
From North Jersey:

1. From the New Jersey Turnpike, take exit 4.
2. After toll, take the exit ramp going towards Route 73 North, Tacony Palmyra Bridge.
3. From Route 73 North, take Route 38 West
4. Route 38 will merge with Route 30 (Also known as Admiral Wilson Blvd.)
5. Proceed on Route 30 West for approximately one mile where the road forks.
6. Take the right fork marked "Local Traffic Only, Last Exit Before Toll"
7. Continue straight ahead to the fifth traffic light and turn left onto Seventh Street/Haddon Avenue.
8. At the next light, turn right onto Cooper Street and continue past the traffic light (corner of Broadway and Cooper) to Sixth Street and turn right
9. At the next intersection make a right at Penn Street and the entrance to the garage is immediately on your right.

From South Jersey:

1. Take Route 42 North (going toward Philadelphia) to 676 North.
2. From 676 North, take Seventh Street exit which says, "Last Exit Before Toll"
3. Turn left at first light (Linden Avenue which is at the foot of the ramp).
4. At next light, turn left onto Seventh Avenue/Haddon Avenue).
5. At the next light, turn right onto Cooper Street and continue past the traffic light (corner of Broadway and Cooper) Go one block and make a right onto 6th Street.
6. At the next intersection make a right at Penn Street and the entrance to the garage is immediately on your right.

From Philadelphia via Walt Whitman Bridge:

1. At bottom of bridge, take Camden 676 North exit. Stay in left lane.
2. Take first exit on left (42/676).
3. Proceed exactly as above (From Routes 42 and 676 North).

From Philadelphia via Ben Franklin Bridge:

1. At the bottom of the bridge, take first exit, University District
2. Make a right towards Sixth Street.
3. At the stop sign turn left onto Penn Street.
4. Parking garage will be on your right.

From Route 130 South, Route 38 West, and Route 70 West:

• Take Route 30 West (also known as Admiral Wilson Boulevard).
• Continue to the Linden Avenue exit (sign also states "LAST EXIT BEFORE TOLL").
• Continue on Linden Avenue to the fifth traffic light and turn left onto Seventh Street/Haddon Avenue.
• At the next light, turn right onto Cooper Street and continue past the traffic light (corner of Broadway and Cooper) Go one block and make a right onto 6th Street.
• At the next intersection make a right at Penn Street and the entrance to the garage is immediately on your right.

From Camden/Philadelphia:

1. Take Route 42 South. Exit at the Blackwood/Clementon exit.
2. Turn right at the bottom of the exit ramp (onto Blackwood/ Clementon road).
3. Turn right at the first traffic light (onto Erial Road).
4. Follow Erial Road to the second traffic light and turn right (onto Little Gloucester Road).
5. Continue straight past the next traffic light. The college is on the right side.

FROM ROUTE 295 (Northern Areas):

1. Take Route 295 South. Exit at Route 42 South.
2. Proceed exactly as above (From Philadelphia/Camden).

From Cherry Hill/ Voorhees/Marlton:

1. From Route 70, take Springdale Road south 9 miles (note that the road name changes to White Horse Road, Laurel Road, College Drive) until the traffic light at College Drive and Peter Cheeseman Road.
2. Turn left onto Peter Cheeseman Road; the college is on the right side.

From the South Jersey area:

1. Take Route 42 or the Black Horse Pike North.
2. Exit at the Route 168/Blackwood/Sicklerville exit.
3. Turn right at the bottom of the ramp.
4. Turn right at the first traffic light (onto Route 168 North).
5. Turn right at the first road (onto College Drive).
6. The entrance to the college is one mile down the road on the right side.

From the Atlantic City Expressway:

1. Exit the Expressway at Exit #44.
2. Stay in the right lane and take the first exit (Route 168/Blackwood/Sicklerville).
3. Proceed exactly as above (from South Jersey Area).

From the NJ Turnpike:

1. Take exit 3 and follow the ramp to southbound Route 168 (Blackwood/Atlantic City).
2. Remain southbound on Route 168 for 5 miles before turning left onto College Drive.
3. Turn right at the first traffic light onto Peter Cheeseman Road.
4. The Blackwood campus is on the right.

From Camden/Philadelphia:

1. Take the Ben Franklin Bridge and exit onto US 30 East (Admiral Wilson Boulevard).
2. Exit Route 30 at Route 38 East and immediately merge to the right onto Route 70 East at the bottom of the ramp.
3. Follow Route 70 approximately 6 miles.
4. The entrance will be on the right.

The campus has two entrances: 1) off of Route 70 right before the Springdale Road exit and 2) off of Springdale Road. Please note that when leaving the campus, you must exit onto Route 70 East. *See directions to get to Route 70 west below.

From Voorhees/Marlton:

1. Take Route 73 to Route 70 West.
2. Take Route 70 West to the S. Springdale Road/Voorhees Exit.
3. Take this exit and follow the jughandle to the light at Route 70.
4. Go through the light and make an immediate right onto the campus.
5. Please note that when leaving the campus, you must exit onto Route 70 East.

From the New Jersey Turnpike:

1. Take Route 73 North to the I-295 South exit.
2. Take I-295 South to Exit 34A and merge onto Route 70 East.
3. Take Route 70 East for approximately half a mile.
4. The entrance will be on the right.

The campus has two entrances: 1) on Route 70 right before the Springdale Road exit and 2) off of Springdale Road. Please note that when leaving the campus, you must exit onto Route 70 East. *See directions to get to Route 70 west below.

From the Blackwood Campus:

1. Exit the college and turn right onto College Drive.
2. Proceed 10 miles. (The road name will change to Laurel Road, White Horse Road and, finally, Springdale Road.)
3. Turn left into the entrance to the Rohrer Center before the light at Route 70.
4. A Camden County College sign marks the entrance.
5. Please note that when leaving the campus, you must exit onto Route 70 East.

From the Delaware Memorial Bridge:

1. Take I-295 North to the Route 70 East exit.
2. Take Route 70 East for approximately half a mile.
3. The entrance to the campus is on the right.

The campus has two entrances: 1) on Route 70 right before the Springdale Road exit and 2) off of Springdale Road. Please note that when leaving the campus, you must exit onto Route 70 East. *See directions to get to Route 70 west below.

From Route 295 (Northern Area):

1. Take I-295 South to Exit 34A and merge onto Route 70 East.
2. Take Route 70 East for approximately half a mile.
3. The entrance to the campus is on the right.

The campus has two entrances: 1) on Route 70 right before the Springdale Road exit and 2) off of Springdale Road. Please note that when leaving the campus, you must exit onto Route 70 East. *See directions to get to Route 70 west below.

Exiting the Campus and Accessing Route 70 West:

1. To get onto Route 70 going West, you must proceed on Route 70 East about 1 mile to the Old Marlton Pike/Connestoga Drive Exit.
2. Exit onto Old Marlton Pike and make an immediate left onto Connestoga Drive.
3. Make a left at the light on Route 70 to go onto Route 70 West.
