Students will gain skills and training necessary to meet the requirements established by the New Jersey State Board of Cosmetology. The program consists of hands-on training using all implements and performing basic designs on mannequins and patrons in a clinical salon setting. As a cosmetology student, you will receive a 1,200 hours of instruction in our well-equipped salon, working also with business and hairstyle computers. CTI is now offering a rolling admission schedule with multiple start dates to choose from. This program has been approved by the NJ State Board of Cosmetology Licensing. Milady standards and texts will be used in the program.
