Wellspring Walking Club
The Wellspring Fitness Center will now be offering a twice weekly lunchtime walking group on Blackwood campus.
The group will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:30pm starting on October 4th. Beginning Tuesday, November 8th the meeting place is in the Madison Courtyard by the central flower bed (center of Madison/Taft/Library/Community Center.)
Participants will be doing one lap around the campus (roughly one mile or 20-30 minutes). There are no obligations to walk the entire time and you are welcome to come and go as you please along the way. Any and all ability levels are encouraged to come out.
The group will meet rain, snow, or shine so make sure to dress accordingly. Feel free to bring along a drink, a snack, and of course a friend! We look forward to seeing you!
CCC Cares Book Club
The book club was revived by the CCC Cares Wellness Sub-committee from the original Book Club and Lunch started by Rose DeNardo. The book club meets once a month (including in the summer), virtually via zoom.
The Wellspring Fitness Center is happy to announce the start of a new weekly fitness class on the Blackwood Campus!
“REFRESH” is a 30-minute yoga inspired, low intensity class designed to help you get moving and feeling good!
Classes will be held on WEDNESDAYS AT 4:45 P.M. and THURSDAYS AT NOON at the Papiano Gymnasium, inside the Handball Court.
No experience is necessary and all students and staff are encouraged to join. Yoga mats will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
Classes start WEDNESDAY, MARCH 22nd!
