1. Submission is not a guarantee for entry into the exhibition. Space is limited and curators have the ability to decline any artwork.


2. For student exhibitions, we do not insure artwork or claim responsibility for any artwork lost, stolen, or damaged.


3. Artists must provide the gallery with active contact information and pick up artwork at appropriate times. Artwork not picked up in a timely manner is no longer the responsibility of the gallery.


4. The gallery has the ability to photograph any accepted artwork and share on the college website and social media with credit to the artist.
