B.S. in Labor and Employment Relations

Rutgers at Camden County College now offers a B.S. in Labor and Employment Relations from the School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR), New Brunswick.

  • This program is fully online taught by Rutgers Professors.
  • Students may enroll full-time or part-time.
  • The degree can be completed in 2 years for students who wish to enroll full-time while taking 15 credits a semester.

The B.S. degree explores how work shapes our society, how work is changing today, and what issues work poses for all of us as employees, employers, and citizens. The degree provides multiple perspectives, ranging from managing people well to understanding how working people can address their problems and how society can improve work.

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, will transfer a maximum of 60 credits (one-half of the baccalaureate degree) from a N.J. county college to a Rutgers degree program for those students who have completed an A.A or A.S. degree. Students completing an A.A.S. degree should meet with a Rutgers at Camden County advisor to discuss transfer eligibility. Please visit the N.J. Transfer website at www.njtransfer.org to look up the Recommended Transfer Program (RTP) for any undergraduate major at Rutgers. Students may be awarded up to 90 credits from a 4-year institution.

Rutgers University offers 6 undergraduate degree completion programs through the Rutgers at Camden County College partnership.
