Evaluations of Military Experience

Students who have served in the military may receive 6 credits for Basic Training and additional credits based on their occupation-specific training as indicated on the DD214 and official transcript. Credits will be granted according to the American Council on Education (ACE) guidelines.

Fees:
6 credits awarded for Basic Training: No CCC Fee
Armed Services Coursework: $40 for evaluation, plus $10 per credit awarded.

American Council on Education (ACE)
ACE CREDIT was established in 1974 to connect workplace learning with colleges and universities by helping adults gain academic credit for formal courses and examinations taken outside of traditional degree programs. Fee: $40 for evaluation + $10 per credit granted

National College Credit Recommendation Service
Since 1973, National CCRS (formerly National PONSI) has been evaluating training and education programs offered outside of the traditional college classroom setting and translating them into college credit equivalencies. Visit www.nationalccrs.org to search for a specific course or exam and the equivalencies.
Fee: $40 for evaluation + $10 per credit granted
