Dental Hygiene Application
The Dental Hygiene program at Camden County College is a selective admission program that accepts new classes every fall.
If you would like to apply to the Dental Hygiene program, please complete the application – once completed print, sign and submit the paper form by mail or email as indicated below. Once you submit your application to the program, you will receive a checklist of supplemental materials needed to complete your record for review. This checklist will be sent via email to the address provided on your admissions application. These materials will include:
- Official copy of your high school transcript
- Official copies of all college transcripts* (if you attended Camden County College, you do not need to submit you CCC transcript)
- SAT Scores
*All transcripts from outside of the United States must first be submitted to a third-party evaluation service that is NACES accredited such as World Education Services (WES)

Application, checklist, test scores, and transcripts – including third-party evaluated transcripts must be submitted NO LATER than February 1st, 2026. Incomplete files will not be considered for acceptance. Materials should be submitted to:
