Presidential Appearance Request
To assist the Office of the President in managing the President’s calendar, please initiate any invitation for the President to speak at or attend an event by completing this form.
Please submit your request as early as possible, and no later than six (6) weeks prior to the event. We strive to accept as many invitations as possible; however, we may decline an invitation due to scheduling conflicts.
Kindly note, speaker requests are not considered final until the requestor completes the following form and the President’s Office approves.
