myCCC Portal Instructions

In an effort to make it as easy as possible to access all of the college's online student services, we have created the MyCCC Portal. Here, you can access your student email, WebAdvisor, Web Study, and more, all in one convenient place.

Logging in to the Portal:

To go there, click on the myCCC link on the Camden County College homepage. (www.camdencc.edu). You can also book mark "myCCC.camdencc.edu" on your browser.  Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari browsers are supported.

When you log in, your username is: <firstname>. (period) <lastname> <last 3 digits of your student id>.

Example: jane.doe123

Your initial password is: CCCPortalWelcome1

Once you login, you will be required to enter your emergency contact information. This will be used to send emergency notifications via text, emails and pop up messages on the Portal.

As a final step, you will be required to reset your password. We will ask you to set up some questions and answers that we will use to verify your identity in case you forget your password and need to reset it.

Accessing your email:

Once you are logged in to the Portal, you can open your Live@edu email page by clicking on the "Live@edu" icon under "Quick Launch Navigation" in the upper left corner of the portal. Your email page should open without asking you for any more information.

What is my initial password?
Due to the recent student email upgrade to Microsoft Office 365, your initial password is either:
1.Your 6 digit DOB (ex. If born January 1, 1989, your password will be 010189) or
2.Your 6 digit DOB followed by Ccc (ex. If born January 1, 1989, your password will be 010189Ccc ).

We ask you to attempt logging in with both formats because depending on when your account was created will determine the initial password you were issued. Follow the instructions to change your password as soon as you have gained access to your account.

Accessing WebAdvisor:

Once you are logged in to the Portal, you can open your WebAdvisor page by clicking on the "WebAdvisor" icon under "Quick Launch Navigation". For WebAdvisor, you will need to log in with your WebAdvisor username and password, but you should need to do this only once. When you log in to the Portal in the future, you will not normally need to enter your WebAdvisor username and password again.  If you do not yet have a myCCC Portal account, you can still access WebAdvisor.  To do this, click on the link on the Portal main page that says "Please click here to search for sections". You will be taken to the WebAdvisor page.

Note: WebAdvisor passwords expire every 180 days. When this happens, you will need to clear the WebAdvisor password that the Portal is remembering for you. To do this, click on "Edit Preferences" in the upper left corner of the Portal page, click on "WebAdvisor SSO New", leave both username and password checked, and click "Reset". When you log in to WebAdvisor again, it will ask you for your new password.

Accessing Web Study:

Once you are logged in to the Portal, you can open your Web Study page by clicking on the "Web Study" icon under "Quick Launch Navigation". For Web Study, you will need to log in with your Web Study username and password, but you should need to do this only once. When you log in to the Portal in the future, you will not normally need to enter your Web Study username and password again.  If you do not yet have a portal login account, you can still access Web Study through the college Web Study page at ccc.webstudy.com. Once you have a portal account, you should access Web Study through the portal.

Note: Web Study passwords are reset every semester. Because of this, you will need to clear the Web Study password that the Portal is remembering for you. To do this, click on "Edit Preferences" in the upper left corner of the Portal page, click on "Web Study", Leave both username and password checked, and click "Reset". When you log in to Web Study again, it will ask you for your username and new password.
