The student scholarship program at Camden County College is administered through the Camden County College Foundation, a not-for-profit corporation formed in 1992 to enhance the College's tradition of academic excellence and student success. Mother of the Savior Seminary Scholarship
Established by alumni of the Mother of the Savior Seminary.
Awarded to a student with financial need dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others (explain in your application).
Minimum 3.0 GPA. This scholarship is available with our other Foundation scholarships through our online application available here
History of the Mother of the Savior Seminary
The Mother of the Savior Seminary was located on the property that is now the Blackwood Campus of Camden County College from 1947 through spring of 1967. Camden County College opened its doors on the Blackwood Campus in fall 1967. To view photos of the seminary’s history, click here

The Board of Trustees for the Battleship New Jersey (BB-62) Museum and Memorial welcomes your College Scholarship application for the 2015/2016 academic year. Recipients will receive a one-time $1,000 scholarship. To earn this scholarship, you must show evidence of permanent residency in Camden, strong academic performance, positive character development and community service at the national (i.e., military duty), state or local level. An application essay and teacher recommendations are also used to assess your application and these are included in this packet.
Decisions on the recipients of the scholarship at each school will be decided by the respective officials at your school and reviewed by the Battleship New Jersey’s Vice President for Curatorial Affairs and Education.
Winning the scholarship requires your attendance and brief presentation on your future goals at the Battleship New Jersey Camden Resident Student Scholarship Awards ceremony held in June (specific Date to be announced) where a Battleship New Jersey Camden Resident Student. Scholarship Awards certificate will be officially presented to you.
