Time of Service Collections Healthcare Training 2014/2015
Is your company experiencing an increase in bad debt?
Do your employees feel uncomfortable asking for money?
Are your employees inexperienced in collecting funds and negotiating payment plans?
Do they lack the skills necessary to build relationships, gain trust, and naturally communicate a script?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, this training is necessary for your healthcare organization to thrive in today’s economy.

With the increase in co-pays, deductibles and coinsurances, more responsibility is left in the hands of the patients. If they don't pay or are unable to do so, your organization will see an increase in bad debt.  Essentially, those who continue to rely on the "bill me" method of payment collection will struggle in this new environment.

This 8-hour training class can be scheduled any day or night of the week, in (2) 4 hour sessions at your facility or any Camden County College location.
