Fast Track Advising and Registration
Available to all continuing students
Welcome to the academic advisingfast track system to speed your registration and tuition payment.
If you know the courses for which you want to register, you may use WebAdvisor at any time to complete your registration and make payment online. However, if you need assistance with online registration, please read below for instructions.
STEP 1
- Prior to your arrival on campus, think about the courses and the days/hours you want to attend classes. If you know this information when you arrive, it will save you time. You can research course availability on WebAdvisor.
STEP 2:
- Come to the Advisement Center in the College Community Center building on Blackwood Campus. When you arrive, please inform staff members that you are there for fast track registration. We will help you research course availability and register using Webadvisor.
STEP 3:
- Go to Wilson Center to pay for your classes. Payment is due on the day of registration (except during priority/early registration periods). Installment payment plans are available. The college accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discovercard for tuition payment.
STEP 4:
Enjoy the rest of you day. You are ready for class!
NEW Fast Track Email Advising and Registration Service
(Available to students who register for no more than 2 classes)
STEP 1:
Tell us:
- your name,
- student ID #,
- courses/times/location you want to register for and
- a phone number where you can be reached if we need to speak with you.
STEP 2:
You will receive confirmation via email that your schedule has been created (This will usually occur within 8 hours.)
STEP 3:
Use Webadvisor to obtain a copy of your schedule and make payment via credit card.
STEP 4:
Enjoy the rest of the day. You are ready for class!

On-line
Registration (50% payment
required for fall and spring) (100% required
for summer)
Students who have enrolled
since January 2001 may enroll on-line. Click
the on-line registration link above for a comprehensive
overview of our new WebAdvisor services. You
should print the WebAdvisor confirmation screens
and keep a copy for your records. These serve
as proof of your online transactions. |

In-Person
Registration (Payment required for fall and spring; deferment plan is available ) (100% required for summer)
You can register in person at the Blackwood,
Camden City, and William G. Rohrer locations during
the registration period. The College has
set up convenient registration times
when staff will be available to help you. |

All students may register by mail or by fax.
First-time students should fill out both the
application
for admission and the registration
form to be enrolled in classes. Proper documentation
showing satisfactory completion of any necessary
prerequisites must accompany any mail/fax registration
form.
Students must mail the forms with a check, money
order or credit card information (VISA®,
Mastercard® or Discover®) payable to
Camden County College for the total amount
of the tuition and fees. If the student is using
a government or company authorization, that
form must also be submitted.

IMPORTANT
- Check your course selections
for correct days, times and rooms and keep a copy
of your schedule. Check to make sure you have completed
any course prerequisites. Most courses require that
you have taken the College
Placement Test and have placed into college-level
English or have completed remediation in reading and
writing. You will receive a registration statement
in the mail once your course selection has been processed
which will include your schedule.

- Out-of-County Residents:
If you are a resident of New Jersey, but live outside
of Camden County and you wish to enroll in a course
or program not available at your local county college,
you must submit a "Certificate
of Chargeback Eligibility". For additional
information call the Records and Registration Office
at (856) 227-7200, ext. 4200.
