Women's SoccerCamden County College recognizes the importance of the development of both the mind and the body and provides the opportunity for students to compete in intercollegiate athletics. A variety of athletic activities for the experienced competitor as well as the casual participant seeking self-directed physical activity are offered. Varsity teams for both men and women compete against other two year college teams in the New Jersey Garden State Athletic Conference and Region XIX of the National Junior College Athletic Association. Men compete in soccer, golf, basketball, and baseball. Women compete in soccer, basketball, and softball. Students are encouraged to take advantage of College athletic facilities, including an all-weather, quarter-mile track; an athletic center with a weight and fitness room, basketball/volleyball courts and various outdoor playing fields. An up-to-date listing of the availability of facilities and calendar of activities is posted in the Athletic Office in the Joseph Papiano Memorial Gymnasium.

The Student/Athlete
Camden County College recognizes that the commitment made by a student to participate in intercollegiate athletics is a substantial one. Our goal at Camden County College is to offer a quality program that ensures an athlete's success not only on the playing field, but also in the classroom. Advising services, tutoring assistance, schedule building, and transfer options are just a few of the many important support services we use to assist in this process.

Soccer ShoesMembership and Division Participation
Camden County College is a member of the NJCAA (National Junior College Athletic Association), Region XIX, and the GSAC (Garden State Athletic Conference). The college participates at the highly competitive Division III level which is the designation for colleges that do not offer athletic scholarships. The "Cougars" compete against junior colleges in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
