Biography:
Professor
Choi went to undergraduate school at NC State University where she majored
in chemistry. She earned a Ph.D. at the Pennsylvania State University.
She worked for DuPont for eight years in a variety of roles including
research & development, market development, and administration. After
teaching as an adjunct professor, she joined Camden County College in
spring 2004 as a full-time faculty member.
