DESCRIPTION:Audition Announcements\nThe Importance of Being Earnest\nby Oscar Wilde\nThe Camden County College Theater Program is excited to announce auditions for Oscar Wilde’s classic comedy The Importance of Being Earnest.\nA sparkling satire filled with mistaken identities\, social climbing\, romance\, and razor-sharp wit\, The Importance of Being Earnest remains one of the most celebrated comedies in the English language. \nAudition Date: Thursday\, September 10\, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.\nCallbacks: Tuesday\, September 15\, 2026\nPerformance Dates: November 13–22\, 2026\n \nAdditional daytime student matinee performances will take place November 16–20 at 10:30 a.m. as part of CCC’s Novel Stages school matinee series.\nAuditions will consist of cold readings from the script. No preparation is required.\nAll currently enrolled CCC students are encouraged to audition.
