  • « 4-Year College Visit @ William G. Rohrer Center: Grand Canyon University & Rowan University
  • Surgical Technology Virtual Information Session »

Part Two – Ensuring Students’ Social Emotional and Academic Success

Presenter: Kara Ieva
Time: Registration – 8:00 to 8:30 | Workshop – 8:30 to 1:30
Cost: $149 (Registration fee includes a continental breakfast)

Students come to us with many experiences and identities that shape their engagement in schools. With the longstanding mental health effects of COVID-19 and racial injustice, this can potentially leave students behind academically and social-emotionally. This workshop will support educators in forming foundational knowledge about academic, behavioral, and emotional needs that are present in schools along with strategies for building an inclusive school/classroom culture that supports all learners.
