What is "WebAdvisor"? WebAdvisor is a World Wide Web interface that allows students to search for classes, view their grades, view their schedules, register for classes, and access other important information about their records at Camden County College. WebAdvisor also will allow students to make payment with a credit card and check their account balances, and check their financial aid file and award.

New students are assigned a WebAdvisor account two weeks after they have submitted an admission application and completed the placement test.

ID & Password
Your WebAdvisor ID is the 1st initial of your first name and the first initial of your last name followed by your 7-digit Colleague ID. Your initials must be in lower case. For example, if your name is John Doe, your ID number is jd0034567. Your Colleague ID number appears on grade reports, registration statements, bills, class lists, grading documents, and other Colleague forms. Your ID is not your social security number. If you forget your ID, you may use the "What's My ID" feature to obtain it.
Your Password is initially set to your 6-digit date of birth, unless you have changed it. For example, if you were born on June 6, 1981, your password would be 060681.
When you login to WebAdvisor for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password for security purposes. Your password automatically expires after 120 days and you will be prompted to change it. WebAdvisor keeps a history of your last 3 passwords. You cannot reuse your last three passwords. If you forget your password, you should call the student Help Desk at 1-856-374-4900.

"HELP" FUNCTION
Each WebAdvisor feature (form) has a "HELP" function. Once you have selected a feature from the menu, you will be taken to the screen that corresponds to this feature. The "Help" button is located at the top of the screen, on the right-hand side. The "Help" function explains the feature and gives instructions where appropriate. Some of the "HELP" instructions have been revised to reflect Camden County College's policies and practices. You may print the instructions by using the print capability of your browser. Click the "X" in the top right-hand corner to exit the "HELP" page and return to the feature screen.
