This Fall, Train for Career at Technical Institute of Camden County
Training in a range of occupations is now being offered by the Technical Institute of Camden County in Sicklerville under the administration of Camden County College.
Adults interested in completing any of the nearly two dozen TICC programs may enroll now for Fall 2011. Course sessions begin at various dates in September, depending on program selected. Daytime and evening courses are available.
Classes will be held at the TICC, located at 343 Berlin-Cross-Keys Road in Sicklerville. Convenient extended-payment plans are available.
Career and trade training is offered in carpentry technology, woodworking, electrical technology, residential electrical, commercial electrical, electrical license preparation, HVAC, plumbing technology, welding, auto collision repair/refinishing, automotive technology and water/wastewater management. Other training prepares students for careers as certified medical assistants, dialysis technicians and hospital unit coordinators or in culinary arts/restaurant operations and cosmetology/hairstyling.
The TICC is accredited by numerous entities. These include the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs, the New Jersey State Board of Cosmetology and Hairstyling, Print Industries of America, the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation and the Consumer Electronics Manufacturers' Association.
