The Office of Information Technology Help Desk is located on the Blackwood campus in Truman Hall, room 213A. The Help Desk is the primary contact point for all technology related questions or requests including desktop computers, printers and associated peripheral equipment, application software, email, computer classroom labs, administrative systems, technology education, telephones and the voice mail system. In addition, the Help Desk provides information regarding the purchasing of computer hardware and software.
