The
Office of Information Technology Help Desk is located
on the Blackwood campus in Truman Hall, room 213A The
Help Desk is the primary contact point for all technology
related questions or requests including desktop computers
and printers, application software, email, computer
classroom labs, administrative systems, telephones and
the voice mail system. In addition, the Help Desk provides
information regarding the purchasing of computer hardware
and software. The Help Desk can be reached by telephone
at ext 4900 or by email at helpdesk@camdencc.edu.
The OIT Help Desk is available to all faculty and staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
A Student Technology Help Desk is available to assist students with their technology needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The telephone number for the Student Technology Help Desk is 1-866-226-3367. Technical assistance includes password changes for WebAdvisor and student email accounts, in addition to assistance with remote use of the Library's on-line databases and general computing and office productivity software support. |
