The Accuplacer exam is being used to place students into math classes. Please contact Anna Marie Del Riego at 227-7200 x 4635 to schedule an appointment to take the exam.

Advanced Placement Exam

1) You will be granted credit for Calculus I at Camden County College if you achieve at least a 3 on the AB Calculus Exam.
2) You will be granted credit for Calculus I and II at Camden County College if you achieve at least a 3 on the BC Calculus Exam.

PREREQUISITES IN MATH

When taking a math course, it is essential to have completed recently and successfully (with a good grade) the prerequisite course. Here is a list of prerequisites needed for the math offerings at CCC:
1. The following courses require eligibility for college level mathematics - passing the College Placement Test or Elementary Algebra(MTH-029):

MTH-101 Concepts of Mathematics
MTH-103 Topics in Mathematics
MTH-105 Mathematical System I : Structures
MTH-106 Mathematical System II : Geometry
MTH-109 Intermediate Algebra (non-transferable)
MTH-111 Elements of Statistics I
   
    You must complete the prerequisite in this column
MTH-112 Elements of Statistics II Elements of Statistics I
MTH-120

College Algebra

Intermediate Algebra
MTH-122 Applied Calculus College Algebra
 MTH-125

College Algebra & Trigonometry

(Caution: This is an intensive and fast paced course requiring total proficiency in MTH-109)

For moderately paced alternative take MTH 120 and MTH 130 track)
