What's New in Engineering

-The goal of the engineering programs is to remain state-of-the-art. The College routinely provides upgrades to the facilities. Recent upgrades are:

-Installation of a Surface Mount Technology Cell with screen printer, automatic pick and place robot, and infrared oven.
-A joint venture between Rowan University and Camden County College in the use of a Stereo Lithographic Apparatus to design, build and test manufacturing assemblies.
-Upgrading of the Allen-Bradley Programmable Logic Controller software to RSLogix 500, Release 3.01 and established remote telephone communications.
-Upgrading of the CADD Laboratory software to AutoCAD 2000.
-Upgrading of the CNC software to MasterCam Version 7.2.
