Program Description
Financial managers and staff prepare the financial reportsnecessary for conducting operations and for satisfying tax andregulatory requirements. A cash manager, for example, overseesthe cash flow of an organization, develops information to assessits financial status; oversees its accounting, audit, and budgetdepartments; and researches, recommends, and secures loans forthe organization.

•Enables graduates to become immediately effective in entry-level positions
Employment Opportunities
Upon graduation, students will be prepared to enter the businessworld of banking, brokerage, corporate finance, and generalbusiness. Employment opportunities for financial managers and staff are expected to increase greatly throughout the century.
