Color Theory
Many people are intimidated about choosing paint colors for their home. After completing this class, you will feel more confident and motivated to try color. Notary Public Training Program

There is a growing need for Notaries Public in many professions including paralegal, financial, real estate, business, and legal professions. This class will educate you on how to obtain your notary commission
for the State of New Jersey. In addition, you will acquire skills and tools to complete your state assigned job duties as described by the New Jersey Department of Revenue. We will explore what a notary can do; what liability a notary faces; and how to earn money from notary services. Animal Therapy, Control and Behavior


Survey Course in Animal-Assisted Therapy & Activities
This orientation course introduces students to the human companion animal bond and its therapeutic applications. The course serves as a starting point for individuals seeking vocational or voluntary opportunities
to this interdisciplinary field. Students typically are the general public seeking to make their lives and work more meaningful through AAT and health care workers, allied health professionals, humane and human service workers, therapists, and veterinary technicians and animal care workers. Through studying the human-animal bond and its therapeutic applications from historical, theoretical, and practical perspectives, students will be able to develop and enhance quality AAT and AAA programs. American Sign Language I

This class is an introductory course for the beginner or those with minimal exposure to sign language. The fundamental skills including basic vocabulary and linguistic information required for effective communication with the hearing impaired will be introduced. It will introduce beginners to the language of standard Chinese and the Chinese culture, especially tailored for the casual or business environment. Basic Photography and Presentation
No matter what camera you use, you can enjoy creating great images. This class will introduce students to the many exciting areas of photography. We will review basic camera operation,  lighting, composition and everything you need to take better pictures. We will also focus on presentation and what to do with all those images. Class assignments, which are optional, will be encouraged to help enhance your creative side.

The art of Bonsai has been practiced by the Japanese people for hundreds of years. Today, bonsai is an internationally recognized art form with world-renowned artists. Now, you can take a  first step in learning the design and care of these picturesque trees. This course will cover bonsai history, trees, design standards, seasonal care, watering, fertilizing, disease/insect control and tools. You will be provided with your own tree, soil, wire, and pot to begin working on creating your own bonsai. At the conclusion of the class, you will go home with your own bonsai and instructions on caring for your tree.
