Notary Public Training Program
There is a growing need for Notaries Public in many professions including paralegal, financial, real estate, business, and legal professions. This class will educate you on how to obtain your notary commission

American Sign Language I
This class is an introductory course for the beginner or those with minimal exposure to sign language. The fundamental skills including basic vocabulary and linguistic information required for effective communication with the hearing impaired will be introduced. Everyday Conversational Italian

Conversational French I

Conversational French II
This course continues to enrich the French vocabulary that you have developed in level I. In addition, your ability to communicate effectively in the French language will continue to be refined. We will also resume our discussions of French customs and culture.
Conversational Chinese I
This course is designed as an introductory course for those interested in learning an introduction to the Chinese language. It will introduce beginners to the language of standard Chinese and the Chinese culture, especially tailored for the casual or business environment. The class will cover greetings, daily expressions, introductions, knowing the company, making appointments, other common phrases and requests, as well as cultural awareness. Dancing for Fun

Whether it be called Lindy, Boogie Woogie or Swing, the Jitterbug is still a classic American dance. Jitterbug is done to the music of Big Band, Rock ‘ N’ Roll, and Country. Learn the

This basic course will introduce you to the steps in Latin dancing. Dance rhythms will include the Cha Cha, Salsa, Samba, and Merengue.

Ballroom Dancing for Couples

Social Dancing for Weddings
Whether you are invited to a wedding or getting married yourself, this course will help you to be more comfortable on the dance floor.The class will start with the Waltz – the traditional first dance of the bride and groom. The class will then continue by introducing the techniques of basic slow dancing. In addition, the class will cover the Polka, Electric Slide, and other popular line dances.

Soul Line Dancing
This course is designed for those who want to have fun and learn to line dance to music such as R & B, Hip-Hop, and Oldies. Students will learn the Marvin Gaye walk, Lady Soul, Booty Call, and the LR Shake just to name a few. If you want to learn to dance like those you see on television, come join us for this exciting class.
Moving to Latin Rhythms
The class is a fun and easy way to dance and get exercise at the same time. It is not aerobics but is an exciting class combining steps to Salsa, Merengue, and other popular dance rhythms. Designed by experienced dance instructors and personal trainers, the movements are simple enough for beginners, older adults, and those who have never taken a dance or exercise class before. Each class will include a warm up, learning simple dance steps, and then applying them to music.

Basic Photography and Presentation
No matter what camera you use, you can enjoy creating great images. This class will introduce students to the many exciting areas of photography. We will review basic camera operation, lighting, composition and everything you need to take better pictures. We will also focus on presentation and what to do with all those images. Class assignments, which are optional, will be encouraged to help enhance your creative side.
This course will teach students to create actual floral designs. Students must be prepared to purchase flowers from the instructor each week to use for the floral creations (approximately 15-$20). In addition, students will need to bring a knife, wire cutters, and scissors to each class session.
Introduction to Bonsai
The art of Bonsai has been practiced by the Japanese people for hundreds of years. Today, bonsai is an internationally recognized art form with world-renowned artists. Now, you can take a first step in learning the design and care of these picturesque trees. This course will cover bonsai history, trees, design standards, seasonal care, watering, fertilizing, disease/insect control and tools. You will be provided with your own tree, soil, wire, and pot to begin working on creating your own bonsai. At the conclusion of the class, you will go home with your own bonsai and instructions on caring for your tree.

This course will introduce you to the concept of art journaling. Art journaling is the creative process of pulling together color, words, and images on a page. Art journaling helps you create a journey that takes you through the phases of your life. Exploring Landscaping and Gardening
