Student Services/Administrative Support Building Construction
Construction will begin on the new Student Services/Administrative Support Building.
Complete Ring Road and Final Parking Additions
The new ring road around the perimeter of the campus will be completed with increased parking spaces, a campus walk from Roosevelt Hall to Jefferson Hall and safer vehicle-travel routes at the Blackwood Campus.
Demolition of 7 Buildings
Outdated buildings will be systematically demolished including a total of seven buildings with 73,000 gross square feet. Four of the buildings were constructed in the 1950’s and three buildings were built as temporary facilities when the College was founded in 1967. Those buildings include: Washington Hall-1967, Optical Clinic-1969, Adams Hall-1969, Wilson Center-1950, Wilson East-1950, Wilson West-1950, and Roosevelt Hall-1950.
Campus Walk III and Final Campus Greens
The Blackwood Campus Walk project will be finished with the completion of Phase III adding additional wide, easily traveled pathways, trees, and landscaped grounds. |
