Biography:
Matthew Flacche graduated from Rowan University with a B.A. degree in Mathematics. He joined the staff of Camden County College in 1994 as an adjunct faculty member. While teaching and working as a graphic artist at a local newspaper, Matthew earned a M.A. degree in Higher Education with mathematics specialization from Rowan University. In 2000, Matthew was hired as an Assistant Professor in the Math Skills department, where he teaches at both the Blackwood and Camden City campuses. Matthew is currently an active member of AMATYC (American Mathematics Association of Two-Year Colleges), where he has published an article, and regularly designed the covers of the association's journal The AMATYC Review for five years. He has also published articles in Drummer and Martial Arts magazines. Matthew is a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo registered with the World Taekwondo Federation, the largest martial arts organization in the world (and the governing body for Olympic Taekwondo).
He has created two college-credit Taekwondo courses at Camden County College. Both are Health and Exercise Science electives. Matthew is licensed to test and rank Taekwondo students in the United States Taekwondo Association.
