Biography:
Martine
Howard was born in Belgium and moved to the United States in 1980. After
teaching French at an elementary private school, at Bishop Eustace Prep,
and at the University of Delaware, she joined Camden County College in
1995. Martine currently chairs the Language and Culture Department and
coordinates the study abroad program.
