Biography:

Dr. Zaki has has a track record of identifying the needs of the ESL population, applying for and receiving grant funds to meet these needs. She successfully directed the Curriculum Restructuring Project in 1996, the installation, development and operation of the CALL (computer-assisted-language-learning) Lab  at the Blackwood Campus in 2001-2002, the CALL Lab at the Camden Campus in 2002-2003, the PASS (Pathways to Academic Subject Success) in 2003-2005. Through the PASS grant, Dr. Zaki provided academic support to the ESL students in the healthcare professions. 
 
Dr. Zaki was awarded the Lindback Distinguished Teaching Award in 2004.
