Biography:
Before joining the Camden County College teaching staff in 1986, Frank gained 25 years of experience as a master automotive technician at a General Motors dealership. During his first eight years with CCC, he taught courses at the GM training center in Moorestown .

There are eight automotive areas that are taught in the GM ASEP program: engine repair, brakes, heating/air conditioning, steering suspension, electrical systems, automotive transmissions, manual transmissions and engine performance. Frank is qualified and has taught in all of these areas.

In 2004, Frank was identified as the top General Motors instructor in North America with his receipt of the GM ASEP National Award of Merit. This recognition was bestowed upon him by General Motors and the International Association of General Motors Automotive Services Educational Programs. He was the third Camden County College Automotive Technology Program instructor to receive this award, and CCC is the only school to have had three of its faculty so honored.

In 2005, Frank earned GM’s World Class Technician Award. This means that he has mastered all levels of training on GM products. He is one of just four instructors in GM’s Northeast Region and one of just 22 in North America to have made this achievement.
